Breakfast was 2 scrambled eggs + chicken sausage from trader joes. It was pretty good!
For lunch, I had my usual jar salad which was again very delicious, and then I made a special treat- a fruit salad with sliced strawberries and cucumber, sliced almonds, balsamic glaze and fresh basil. It was awesome.
Dinner was a TON of roasted veggies (carrots, radishes, asparagus, red pepper and white potatoes) plus baked balsamic chicken. Sooo good!
The true test was tonight. My friends decided to have a get-together, and were making tasty appetizers and brownie sundaes! I was nervous to have my first in your face temptation but I did pretty well. I brought with me an apple with almond butter and a larabar and was fairly content eating those.
I did have a weird feeling like I was cheating when I ate the larabar because it tasted so much like dessert/sweet which I really haven't had at all yet. I knew I wasn't cheating and larabars are allowed, but it was strange guilt.
