Prep Day!

Today is the last day prior to starting this plan, and also happens to be my birthday! So lets just say its been the biggest "cheat" day ever...eggs and toast for breakfast, veggie burger with fries and root beer for lunch, a marylous coffee 😬, and mac and cheese, apple crisp and a malibu bay breeze for dinner.

Hope I got it all out of my system!

The way I feel after dinner tonight confirms my reasons for doing this. Tastes so good in the moment and so terrible after.

Meal prep today consisted browning some turkey meat for salads, making 5 jar salads which have homemade ranch dressing, one boiled egg, pears, cucumber, almond slices and lettuce. I also boiled about 16 eggs and peeled them for breakfasts. Here goes nothing!!
