Day One!

Day 1 survived. So it begins!

Started off with coffee with nutpods-which was definitely not enjoyable (I like candy coffee) but this is one thing I hope to change so Im hoping in a couple weeks it starts tasting better to me!




Breakfast was 2 whole boiled eggs and one boiled egg white (Sawyer ate the yolk haha!) mashed with a whole avocado topped with salt and paprika. It was actually pretty delicious and kept me full!

I actually skipped lunch because I was out and then napping. Didnt even get hangry! I was surprised.

Dinner was chili made with ground turkey, onion, sweet potato and spices/tomato sauce and diced tomatoes. It was delish and the whole family ate it!

The tough part for me was post dinner, so that was the true test. I immediately craved something sweet and just have to keep chanting to myself "starve out the cravings!!" I know its the only way to eliminate this! No pain no gain!

Now I just have to survive my night shift at work without my usual vending machine snacks!! I tried to arm myself with just in case snacks (mandarin orange. apple, banana, pear, almond butter, apple chips, boiled eggs, avocado) and am hoping I dont have to eat all of it, but if I do, I do. Haha!
