Day 13

Its amazing what not having kids at home does for cooking....I made the most amazing breakfast/brunch!!

Water, cold brew coffee + nutpods (left over from Cream yesterday), a cup of raspberries, a hash with sweet potato, green pepper, onions and chicken sausage, and scrambled eggs baked in the same pan as the hash.

I sat down to eat it and thought "this does NOT look like deprivation!" I ate around 10am (I slept in with Sawyer while Jay took the older kids to church since I had to work overnight) so it served as brunch and I wasn't even very hungry til dinnertime!






































Dinner was a take on "sloppy joes", which was ground turkey with tomatoes + spices + peppers over diced white potatoes. Even the kids and Jay loved this one!



I did have an apple with almond butter at work as a snack around 10pm (I laid down around 1am) but that was it til the morning!
