I had some scrambled eggs (no cheese) and I made up a delicious hash that I'd love to make again! It had cubed sweet potatoes, chopped chicken sausage, onion, red pepper, cumin & paprika. It was delicious and filling!
I also had iced coffee with the nutpod/banana concoction.
For lunch I actually ended up having leftover breakfast hash and I mixed an avocado into it.
For dinner, I made the turkey chili from last week, except I doubled it this time so that I had enough to bring for lunch tomorrow. Jay kept saying how it was his favorite meal! Win!
I brought my dinner to a work meeting where they had ordered food from an Italian Restaurant! It was REALLY hard watching people eat fettuccine alfredo, cheesy garlic bread (mmmm), and dessert bars. I was so glad I brought food with me or it would have been rough. I also ate an apple with almond butter after my chili.
They say days 8-9 you may feel bloated or like your pants are tight. I haven't really felt that way so I guess thats good! I'm nervous that I'm nearing the so called "hardest" days 10-11.
